If you're interested in a long-term coaching plan and commitment that would match your goals and needs, I offer three different coaching packages.
Bronze. £100/month. Program delivered monthly, monthly call and analysis of the training and weekly email to assess your energy level and weekly commitments. Monthly adjustment of the schedule.
Silver. £150/month. Program delivered every two weeks, call and analysis of the training every two weeks, weekly email to assess your energy level and weekly commitments. Adjustment of the schedule every two weeks.
Gold. £250/month. Program delivered weekly, weekly call and analysis of the training, weekly email to assess your energy level and weekly commitments. Weekly adjustment of the schedule.
The 1-2-1 sessions have a price of £50 per hour and that is both for strength and conditioning and triathlon coaching. If travel is required, there may be an extra fee.
For the online coaching plans I ask a initial commitment of minimum three months, but special rates are available for longer-term coaching.
