ski and telemark lessons for all ages and levels, including off-piste skiing, hiking with skins and heli-skiing for both individuals and groups
functional strength and conditioning programmes: for skiing, triathlon and general fitness
If you're interested in a long-term coaching plan and commitment that would match your goals and needs, I offer three different coaching packages.
Bronze. £100/month. Program delivered monthly, monthly call and analysis of the training and weekly email to assess your energy level and weekly commitments. Monthly adjustment of the schedule.
Silver. £150/month. Program delivered every two weeks, call and analysis of the training every two weeks, weekly email to assess your energy level and weekly commitments. Adjustment of the schedule every two weeks.
Gold. £250/month. Program delivered weekly, weekly call and analysis of the training, weekly email to assess your energy level and weekly commitments. Weekly adjustment of the schedule.
The 1-2-1 sessions have a price of £50 per hour and that is both for strength and conditioning and triathlon coaching. If travel is required, there may be an extra fee.
For the online coaching plans I ask a initial commitment of minimum three months, but special rates are available for longer-term coaching.

As a coach I use an athlete-centered approach and all my programs are specific and tailored to the athlete’s specific needs and goals. My main priority is also to make sure that the training sessions fit into your life and not the other way around.
Therefore, in the very first period I’m working with an athlete, I work together with you to understand your life commitments. After that I plan and adapt the training schedule. I believe that periodization towards a goal can be similar for different athletes because of the scientific foundation of the training plan, but I also believe that every person cannot be coached in the same way.
I believe that a coach must be flexible and adapt to the unique human being he or she is working with in order to unlock their true potential. In my coaching methodology, I tend also to give the same importance and stress to the four main areas of triathlon training: endurance training, strength and conditioning, nutrition and rest and recovery.
I work most of the time through the online training software Training Peaks, but mostly because it makes it easier for me to send and review the programs week after week. However, I also am able to send the programs in different formats, like excel sheets or even email.
I'm currently undertaking the British Triathlon Level 3 coaching course for High Performing Coach Programme under the mentoring od Dan Lorang — coach of pro cycling team BORA-hansgrohe and personal coach of 2 x Ironman World Champion Jan Frodeno (2015 and 2016) and Anne Haug (3th in Kona in 2018). I already completed the Level 1 and 2, on top of the Ironman coaching certification, the Training Peaks online course and the Level 3 in Personal Training.
